A concise table with several columns has been placed in the body of this receipt. This is where we will define what was bought from the Merchant by the Consumer. A “Description” of the purchased merchandise is required on a line by line basis in the first column of this table. Input the “Quantity” of each product that was paid for in the second column. The price for each unit or item the Consumer has purchased is needed in the third column. Finally, multiply the two numbers you entered (“Quantity” and “Price/Unit”) on each row producing the resulting dollar amount in the “Line Total” column.
5 – Present The Totals Involved With This Payment
There will be a column of labeled spaces directly under the right half of the receipt table we just tended to. This area intends that you produce a breakdown of the costs for the submitted payment. Use the “Subtotal” line to report the sum of all the totals you entered in the final column. If any discounts apply, then record this on the “Discount” line.

Report the final figure on the blank line labeled “Total.” Below this summarization, you must verify the received money. Document the full amount that was received on the “Amount Paid” line. The “Payment Method” displayed at the bottom of this page requires you to report how this money was paid. For instance, the Consumer may have used a check, a credit card, or even paid in cash. Report this accordingly then, fill in the credit card number or check number used to pay for the items on the “Card/Check Number” line.
